FYI, the Pine State show at 506 on 9/5 will now be a benefit for Cy. It will also include The Public Good, which features members of an even older Chapel Hill act, The Popes (who I still think made the best album by a local band, albeit never released!)

I was asked by James Hepler to play a CLANG QUARTET show on the 17th before he found out the line-up was already set. I still want to be part of a benefit! Don't forget me, please.
