Cy was just wheeled into surgery 10 minutes ago. We are all waiting on the fourth floor in the usual spot if you want to join us.

Thanks to everyone for posting updates. I'm constantly checking this blog for any info (as I'm sure you all are) and I'm so impressed with the care and concern shown.
Cy, I just want you to know that I still have a picture you sent me of you and Mr. Body. I loved it so much that it's been on my cork board at work - for the past 5 1/2 years! Looking at it makes me smile.

Thanks so much, from those of us who can't be there, for the updates Kerry. I'm glad they were able to operate today and get Cy on the road to recovery.
And Cy, I know you're a fighter so you'd better pull through this if you want to realize your dream of drumming with Pine State at our upcoming final show.
