Maybe some day we won't have to do this

You know, if things go really well for the next 4 to 8 years or so we could not only get universal health care but also cure cancer? I just got this from my mom:

Dr. Steven Curley, in this video, is currently treating my Aunt for liver cancer. According to my aunt "he is even cuter in person!" Ok.

I saw that episode when it re-ran on Sunday and thought of Cy the entire time. Man, if that thing works - the world will be a much better place...glenn

Bizarre and amazing.
Here's hoping it works one day...

My editor told me about this, but I didn't think I'd get to see it-- thanks for posting. What a story.
Anyone know how Cy's doing today?

He was doing ok this afternoon, especially considering he had his first radiation treatment earlier (though the friggin hiccups were back). He was psyched to hear that the Redskins got Jason Taylor.

Hello Cy and your Peoples...I will be in the Durham neighborhood next week and I want to bring food (Locopops, Burritos, Tacos?) or something else that might be of interest. I've been listening to some olden type records that Cy's young ass might appreciate. Please send any requests for food for Mon. or Wed. but I'm picking out the records: bbarwick@nc.rr.com. Keep up the good work, Ben Barwick
